PROGRESSION MATTERS.

There is nothing too small to overlook in any situation when you are working with athletes. Snowboarding is an action sport, which takes a lot of confidence, practice, passion, mental preparation, and perseverance.
01. COACHING ACCOUNTABILITY.

This includes: Have an excellent understanding of the judging criteria for TTR and FIS contests, work with athletes to put a winning run composition in half pipe, good video review, build elite skills in athletes across all facets of the program, work with athletes to increase technicality of tricks and being responsible for the health and well-being of the athlete.

02. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING.

My program offer assessment in the following areas: gym training, Skateboarding, Roller Boards and trampoline, Snowboarding in different terrains, Stretch and Meditation.

03. BOARD TECHNICIAN.

Looking after a snowboard to make sure it gets the proper care it needs to always run fast is a nightly job. In contests, I will always look after snowboards, as well as give advice and even bring boards in for proper base grinds for different temperatures and types of snow. I Workg together with my athletes so they have a proper understanding on how waxes glide.
