A little bit about my style of coaching: I like seeing any rider reach their full potential, I feel the best way they do this is through positive encouragement.  I like using a few words when giving advices, the more you try to tell someone the more they forget the first thing that is said, the more someone thinks when riding the harder it is.  Ultimately you want to picture yourself doing it and know the body movement and if you commit its going to be landed.

Practice is definitely the best, you sink it into your head and muscle memory.  When you watch the best riders it looks effortless and thats because it is, lots and lots of practice.  I am going to push people as hard as they want to be pushed and also step back and let them work at their own pace, finding the balance so that their is always a progression.

There is great joy in loving what your doing, I do my best to apply that to every aspect in this life.
